Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in El Paso, TX. The Human Resources Specialist will manage and oversee HR functions including recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, and personnel management. Additional responsibilities include developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies, managing employee benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations. The role also involves serving as a key advisor to management and employees, fostering effective communication, and supporting workforce development initiatives.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Human Resources, including HR Management and HR Policies

Experience in Employee Benefits and administering related programs

Expertise in Personnel Management and workforce planning

Understanding of compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with HR software and systems

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Relevant HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus

Previous experience in government or military settings is an advantage
