About The Role We’re looking for a driven
IT Staffing Account Executive
to expand our presence across the Bay Area. You’ll partner with longstanding clients, open new business, and collaborate with a high‑performing recruiting team known for delivering exceptional technical talent.
You won’t be micromanaged. You won’t be competing internally. You will have autonomy, warm relationships, and a voice in shaping strategy.
What You’ll Do
Develop and close business with Bay Area tech and biotech clients
Secure 1-2 IT staffing placements per month, generating meaningful, recurring revenue
Maintain and grow a pipeline of warm and cold prospects
Use Salesforce daily to manage outreach, track touchpoints, and forecast opportunities
Partner closely with recruiting and operations teams to ensure seamless, high‑quality placements
Maintain 90%+ client renewal rates through exceptional service and consultative relationship building
Leverage EOS® tools to track performance, forecast revenue, and stay aligned with company objectives
What You Bring
2-5 years of IT staffing or related sales experience (staffing agency, MSP, VAR, tech recruiting, IT placement, etc.)
Proven success meeting or exceeding sales targets in IT staffing
Experience placing helpdesk, desktop support, field services, or systems technicians
Strong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
A consultative, relationship‑driven sales style
Compensation & Growth We offer a
clear, transparent earning path
— no guessing games.
Base Salary: $85,000-$100,000
Uncapped commission with strong multipliers
Realistic, defined earning potential based on actual historical performance
