Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 annually

Manage and maintain a personal book of business, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Handle endorsements, renewals, and certificates of insurance.
Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service to clients.
Utilize AMS360 or similar software to manage accounts efficiently.
Support the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
Proficiency in AMS360 or similar agency management software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
