
Service Desk Analyst

TEKsystems is hiring for a Service Desk Analyst to provide day‑to‑day technical support to end users onsite in Menasha, WI. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working directly with users, and delivering strong customer service.
Schedule & Location
Onsite 5 days per week in Menasha
Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
What You'll Be Doing
Serve as the first point of contact for end‑user technical issues
Respond to Level 1 support requests via phone, ticketing system, chat, and other intake methods
Troubleshoot common issues such as password resets, software installs, and basic desktop support
Document, update, and manage tickets in ServiceNow
Escalate more complex issues to higher‑tier support as needed
Provide clear communication and follow‑up to ensure user satisfaction
Deliver courteous, professional customer service at all times
Additional Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and diagnose basic hardware, software, and peripheral issues using documented procedures
Perform minor fixes and assist with general application support
Explain technical processes and solutions in a way users can understand
May assist with project planning, testing, or training support for new initiatives
What We're Looking For
1+ year of experience in a service desk, help desk, or technical support role (required)
Working knowledge of troubleshooting Microsoft 365 and utilizing Active Directory
Experience supporting users in a Windows desktop environment
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to work in a user‑facing role
Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Menasha, WI.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 – $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
