Role Description This is a full-time (On-site/hybrid) position for an IT recruiter/bench sales recruiter based in St Louis, MO. The responsibilities include managing the full life cycle recruiting, sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT professionals. The individual will identify technical talent for consulting and permanent positions, build relationships with candidates, negotiate employment terms, maintain a pipeline of qualified talent, and maintain accurate records of recruiting activities. Collaboration with internal teams and ensuring client needs are met promptly are key aspects of this role. Qualifications Proven expertise in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and effective candidate sourcing Strong skills in hiring, screening, and managing recruitment processes Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and market trends Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
