What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary financial contact for banking center clients
Conduct consultative conversations to understand financial goals
Recommend deposit, credit, and investment solutions aligned to client needs
Process transactions accurately while maintaining regulatory compliance
Open and manage new accounts with precision and professionalism
Generate quality referrals to mortgage, ag, wealth, commercial, and treasury partners
Represent the bank in community events and relationship‑building activities
Contribute to branch growth through proactive outreach and service excellence
What Success Looks Like
Strong client retention and deepened relationships
Consistent referral generation
Operational accuracy and regulatory adherence
Professional presence in the community
Ability to balance service, sales, and compliance in a fast‑paced environment
We Are Seeking Candidates Who Bring
2+ years of customer‑facing experience in banking, retail leadership, hospitality, financial services, or consultative sales
Comfort discussing financial products and solutions
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Demonstrated accountability and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism
Banking experience is valued but not required for candidates with strong transferable experience.
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
