Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract property owners and secure new listings

Conduct thorough property evaluations and prepare compelling listing presentationsNegotiate listing agreements with property owners, ensuring clear understanding of terms and fair housing regulations

Manage all administrative tasks related to listings, including documentation, scheduling inspections, and coordinating with other professionals

Maintain ongoing communication with clients to provide updates, answer questions, and build trust

Stay informed about local market conditions, property laws, and fair housing regulations to ensure compliant practices

Organize open houses and marketing events to showcase properties and generate interest

Skills

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently

Proven marketing expertise to promote listings effectively across various channels

Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse client bases

Excellent customer service skills to foster long-term relationships with clients

Knowledge of real estate law, fair housing regulations, and property management practices

Requirements This role is not for part-time agents or brand-new licensees. You must be:

Fully licensed in the State of Texas

In good standing with your current or former broker

Full-time and committed to listings

Experienced with listing transactions

Comfortable with technology, CRMs, and real estate systems

Customer-service driven and professional under pressure

Organized, responsive, and process-oriented

Motivated, coachable, and income-focused
