Job Summary
The Community Association Manager is responsible for leading a portfolio of condominium and homeowner associations with professionalism, strategic insight, and a proactive mindset. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of association governance and operations. You’ll be the trusted advisor to Boards, the point person for homeowners, and the driver of progress for every community in your portfolio. What You’ll Own
Act as the lead representative for assigned associations in the greater South Puget Sound area Coordinate and lead Board meetings, budget planning, and annual meetings with clarity and confidence Advise Boards in alignment with governing documents, Washington state law, and industry best practices Oversee vendors, service contracts, and all maintenance and reserve projects Provide financial oversight and collaborate with the accounting team to support sound fiscal decisions Ensure clear, timely, and respectful communication with Board members and homeowners Utilize Vantaca and company tools to manage tasks, communications, and workflows efficiently Actively participate in EOS tools and rhythms: Rocks, Scorecards, L10s, and Quarterly Conversations.
