Locations: Windmill (Primary) + Olive (Support)
Schedule: Full-Time (including Saturday)
Compensation: $22.50/hour
Position Summary The Assistant Property Manager / Maintenance role supports daily operations across two properties, with a primary focus on Windmill and secondary support at Olive. This position combines operational support, leasing assistance, and hands‑on maintenance to ensure both properties are well‑maintained and operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Operations & Leasing Support
Support day‑to‑day operations across both properties
Assist with leasing activity, including showings, applications, and move‑ins
Maintain positive resident relations and respond to service requests
Support rent collection and delinquency follow‑up, including posting notices as needed
Conduct regular property walks to ensure cleanliness and curb appeal
Maintenance & Unit Turns
Perform minor maintenance and basic troubleshooting as needed
Assist with unit turns to ensure units are rent‑ready in a timely manner
Coordinate maintenance staff or vendors for larger or specialized repairs
Follow up to ensure work orders are completed properly and timely manner
Administrative Support
Utilize Yardi Voyager for work orders, notices, and tracking
Assist with invoice processing and documentation as needed
Maintain organized records and communicate updates to management
Schedule
Monday – Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Additional hours at Olive as needed
Requirements
1+ year of property management, maintenance, or related experience preferred
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to handle minor repairs
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Organized and able to manage responsibilities across multiple locations
Experience with Yardi or similar property management systems preferred
Reporting Structure
Reports to Regional Property Supervisor
Works in partnership with the onsite Manager at Olive
