Job Description:
This role supports the full loan lifecycle, acting as the primary point of contact between internal teams, lenders, and external stakeholders from approval through closing and ongoing servicing.
Responsibilities
Manage deal flow and coordinate with Relationship Managers to ensure timely loan closings
Review and coordinate loan documentation, due diligence, and regulatory requirements
Support loan processing, funding, and ongoing servicing activities (payments, draws, payoffs)
Partner with operations teams to ensure accurate booking, reconciliation, and cash management
Identify and resolve issues, escalating when necessary to ensure smooth transaction flow
Communicate with lenders and stakeholders regarding any pre-closing or servicing issues
Required Skills
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with banking systems (e.g., nCino preferred)
Ability to enforce processes and maintain compliance standards
Required Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
5-7 years of experience as a Lending Assistant or Loan Processor
Preferred
Experience with Commercial Real Estate and C&I loan documentation
