Transaction Manager
– Dedicated and dynamic role to support the Multifamily Investment Sales team in Seattle, WA (8th St) office. In this role, you will oversee and direct all aspects of the deal management process from inception to completion while also supporting day-to-day office and operational activities that enable the team’s success. Working closely with brokers and internal partners, you will deliver exceptional client service, manage competing priorities, and contribute to continuous process improvement in a fast-paced environment.
This position is a full-time on-site position with a near-term start requirement.
Transaction & Deal Management
Listing Agreements Management: Create and manage the listing agreement process with clients
Timeline Management: Oversee and track transaction timelines, ensuring all deliverables and milestones are met
Client and Broker Support: Assist brokers in cultivating and strengthening client and broker relationships through proactive support and communication
Due Diligence: Organize, manage, and distribute due diligence materials, including environmental reports, appraisals, title documentation, and leases
Documentation: Draft offers, purchase and sale agreements, transaction notices, and related correspondence
Buyer/Offer Process: Coordinate and manage the buyer and offer process to ensure a seamless transaction experience
Closing Process: Manage the closing process, including coordination with escrow and title partners, compliance requirements, and commission tracking
Communication: Maintain clear, consistent communication with all transaction stakeholders, including clients, brokers, title officers, lenders, and internal teams
Office & Operational Support
Office Operations Management: Support daily office operations to ensure smooth, efficient workflows for the brokerage team
Team & Broker Calendar Management: Coordinate calendars, scheduling, and key deadlines for brokers and team members
Travel & Logistics Coordination: Arrange travel, lodging, and related logistics as needed
Correspondence & Communications: Draft, review, and manage internal and external communications on behalf of the team
Document & Records Management: Maintain organized, accurate records for transactions, clients, and office operations
Expense Reporting & Budget Tracking: Prepare and track expense reports and support basic budget monitoring
Meeting & Event Planning: Coordinate meetings, presentations, and team or client events, including logistics and materials
Onboarding Support: Assist with onboarding activities for new team members, including coordination and documentation
CRM & Database Support: Maintain CRM systems and databases to ensure accurate, up-to-date information
Vendor & Contract Coordination: Liaise with vendors and manage contracts and service agreements as needed
Project & Task Coordination: Support multiple projects simultaneously, tracking tasks, deadlines, and deliverables
Marketing & Presentation Support: Assist with the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and offering memorandums
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation, and operational efficiency
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in commercial real estate or a related professional services environment is required
Strong understanding of commercial real estate transactions, including legal requirements, documentation, and industry practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce and/or project management tools is a plus
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, brokers, and other parties involved in transactions is vital for the team’s success. Strong negotiation skills are preferred
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels
Ability to think critically, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Currently holds or is willing to obtain a real estate license upon employment

Compensation Starting salary range for this position is $75,000.00-$85,000.00 annually, plus bonus and benefits offered. This range represents a good-faith estimate. The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate will be based on their specific skills, qualifications, and experience.
