About the Role

What You’ll Do
Lead and support the design and production of construction documents across multiple project types
Collaborate directly with clients and consultants, demonstrating strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Develop detailed architectural materials, building systems, and envelope designs
Oversee construction administration, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and regulatory processes
Participate in lab planning and equipment surveying for biology, chemistry, tissue culture, cleanrooms, and vivarium environments
Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of learning, creativity, and professional growth
Essential Skills
7–10 years of post‑graduate architectural experience
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
Strong project management and team‑building experience
Excellent communication and client‑facing skills
Ability to self‑direct, prioritize, and manage multiple deadlines
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Architectural License strongly preferred
Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus
Lab planning and equipment surveying experience strongly preferred
Proficiency in Revit Architecture and mixed‑use building design
Familiarity with construction administration processes

Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $80,000.00 - $90,000.00/yr.
