We're seeking a highly detail-oriented Title Processor to manage deed-related transactions and safeguard title accuracy across 50+ properties. This role is central to maintaining inventory integrity, supporting regulatory compliance, and delivering a seamless ownership experience.

Your Impact Deed Back Processing & Transaction Management
Manage full-cycle deed back processing across all Vacatia properties.
Coordinate preparation, execution, and submission of deed-related documentation.
Track and manage transaction timelines to ensure timely completion and resolution.
Conduct detailed title searches to confirm ownership and validate chain of title.
Identify and resolve title issues involving trusts, probates, liens, vesting discrepancies, and related matters.
Ensure all title documentation meets internal quality standards and legal requirements.
Recording & Compliance
Oversee timely and accurate recording of legal documents with county and state authorities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and internal policy standards.
Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation.
Inventory & System Accuracy
Process deed cancellations and updates to ensure accurate inventory availability.
Maintain precise records within internal documentation and tracking systems.
Partner cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies impacting inventory or reporting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support operational workflows and business objectives.
Provide clear status updates, identify risks, and communicate resolutions professionally. Contribute to process enhancements that improve efficiency and accuracy.
What You Bring
High school diploma preferred.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in deeding services as a Title Processor, Title Officer, or Real Estate Sales Closer.
Strong knowledge of real estate documentation, title searches, recording procedures, trusts, probates, and vesting types.
Experience with documentation and record-keeping systems; Salesforce experience preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment while working both independently and collaboratively.
