ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER
Hybrid opportunity.
Experience
Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in architectural production or construction documentation.
Architectural licensure preferred or actively in progress.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture required.
Advanced degree preferred.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit required.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
Experience with BIM collaboration platforms (e.g., BIM 360) preferred.
Familiarity with Bluebeam, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
Core Competencies
Strong technical documentation and detailing skills.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Effective written and verbal communication.
Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary project teams.
Positive, proactive, and quality‑focused approach to work.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester, MI. (Hybrid position in Rochester, MI.)
Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $48.00/hr.
