Role Description This
Licensed Real Estate Agent (Showing + Support Role)
is a hands‑on, field‑based position focused on property showings, open houses, and supporting day‑to‑day real estate operations. This role works directly with the broker to assist active clients, maintain strong communication, and deliver a high‑quality client experience.
Responsibilities include coordinating and conducting showings, hosting open houses, assisting with client follow‑up, maintaining CRM updates, and supporting marketing efforts including social media and content creation.
This is not a remote or hybrid position.
The role is based in Fort Bend County and requires consistent in‑person availability for showings, open houses, and client support.
Compensation is primarily
commission‑based , with the opportunity for
supplemental hourly pay
tied to specific support and administrative tasks. Hourly compensation is not guaranteed or consistent.
Qualifications
Must reside in or near
Fort Bend County
(Sugar Land, Missouri City, Richmond preferred)
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for showings (required)
Availability for evenings and weekends
Strong customer service and client interaction skills
Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management abilities
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the broker
Proficiency with or willingness to learn:
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with the Greater Houston / Fort Bend market is a plus
