Role Overview
We're expanding our remote team and looking for enthusiastic individuals to step into the role of Travel Solutions Advisor. In this position, you'll support clients by helping them discover travel options, compare experiences, and coordinate personalized trips that match their interests and priorities. This opportunity is ideal for people who enjoy problem-solving, communicating with others, and creating positive customer experiences while working independently from home. No prior travel industry background is required, full training and ongoing support are provided. What You'll Do
Assist clients in identifying vacation options that fit their timeline, preferences, and budget Explore and compare destinations, resorts, cruise lines, tours Share helpful travel suggestions and destination guidance Communicate with clients through email, phone, and digital messaging platforms Coordinate reservations using approved booking systems and travel partners Stay current on travel opportunities, supplier promotions, and destination updates Track client requests and maintain accurate booking documentation What We're Looking For
Interest in travel planning, customer support, or coordination-based roles Strong written and verbal communication abilities Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently Comfortable navigating online tools and computer systems Reliable high-speed internet connection Why Join Our Team
