
AR & Portfolio Risk Support Specialist (Hybrid)

We areseekinga detail‑oriented and diligent Accounts Receivable Support Specialist to support our Portfolio Risk Team . This role provides administrative and operational support related to accounts receivable, portfolio servicing, and risk mitigation activities, including legal and servicing processes across our nationwide portfolio.
As our portfolio and risk needs evolve, this position supports a range of responsibilities that shift over time based on business needs. This role reports to the Director of Portfolio Risk .
WhatYou’llDo
Support coordination with outside counsel assigned to account resolution matters, including engagement letters, correspondence, and invoice processing
Assist with bankruptcy case administration, including tracking deadlines, documentation, and required filings
Complete, maintain, and monitor checklists for accounts involving litigation, bankruptcy, or special asset situations
Draft and file legal documents such as proofs of claim in bankruptcies, small claims complaints, and other legal documents as needed
Process, track, and reconcile invoices from vendors such as repossession companies, auctioneers, and attorneys
Approve invoices within delegated authority
Provide support for asset discovery activities, farmer–lender mediation processes, and estate claim administration
Provide customer service support related to payments, insurance, and account servicing inquiries
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth contract servicing and resolution of operational issues
Identifyopportunities for process improvement by highlighting inefficiencies and contributing to workflow or system enhancements
Support audits, reporting, and special projects as assigned
WhatWe’reLooking For
Associate’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or aBachelor’sdegree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
High attention to detail and accuracy
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Confidence in problem‑solving and decision‑making
Ability to manage workload and stress in a dynamic environment
Self‑motivated, team‑oriented, and adaptable
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with technology
Experience withLeasePlus, court filing systems, PACER, or Salesforce is a plus
Location: Hybrid – St. Cloud, MN (minimum three days per week in‑office)
Compensation: $50,000–$70,000 annually (DOE)
Incentives: Eligible for company profit‑sharing tied to company and individual performance
