About the Role Kramer, a global leader in the

professional audio-visual (Pro AV) and communication technology industry , is seeking a

Territory Sales Manager

to lead

B2B sales of advanced AV, networking, and collaboration solutions

across the Central United States.

This is a

fully remote, field-based sales role , focused on owning a defined territory, driving revenue, and building strong customer relationships.

The role is designed for a

hands‑on, results‑driven regional sales professional

who thrives on closing deals, developing accounts, and expanding market presence.

Location Requirement (Important) This is a

remote position . Candidates must reside in the Central US region.

Role Overview This is a

territory ownership role , combining:

Channel partner management

Direct engagement with end customers

The primary responsibility is to

drive sales growth across the region , by developing existing accounts and generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Own and deliver sales targets for the Central US territory

Actively manage and grow a portfolio of channel partners, resellers, and distributors

Drive direct engagement with end users to generate and close opportunities

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the region

Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships

Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in Salesforce

Represent Kramer in customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows

Travel across the region as required, up to 75%

What We’re Looking For

Based in the Central US region

5+ years of

territory sales experience in Pro AV, IT, or technology solutions

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Experience selling through channel partners and working directly with end customers

Strong commercial mindset with a focus on closing business

Ability to manage a geographic territory independently

Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills

Familiarity with AV, networking, and collaboration technologies

Self‑driven, accountable, and results‑oriented
