Assistant Director of Membership Sales MacGregor Downs Country Club is seeking a professional and service-oriented Assistant Director of Membership Sales to support the Club’s membership sales, recruitment, and member engagement efforts. This role assists with prospective member outreach, club tours, membership administration, and ensuring an exceptional experience for both prospective and current members. The ideal candidate is highly organized, personable, and passionate about hospitality and member service. This is a training position with the potential for a future Director of Membership Sales role.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 hourly + sales commissions. (Average annual income is $60K - $80K)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct club tours for prospective members and assist with membership sales efforts.

Coordinate membership enrollments including application collection, processing, and record maintenance.

Serve as a point of contact for member inquiries and membership-related requests.

Assist with membership events, promotions, and prospective member outreach.

Maintain accurate membership records and assist with updating member information in the club database.

Assist the Director of Membership Sales with administrative tasks, reports, and membership initiatives.

Qualifications:

Experience in hospitality, private clubs, membership sales, or customer service preferred.

Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong member-service mindset.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently after training.

Physical Requirements: This position primarily involves sedentary work, including prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. The role may occasionally require standing, walking, bending, or lifting items up to 10 pounds.
