Construction Superintendent

The client is a design-build focused GC that is looking to bring on a
Superintendent
due to a major project kicking off and continued growth across their pipeline. This role will start on a
ground-up student housing project at Purdue University (West Lafayette, IN) , and future
large-scale campus and student housing projects
across their Midwest footprint long-term. What they’re looking for:
8+ years of construction experience Proven experience running
ground-up projects
as a lead Superintendent Experience with
multifamily / student housing / large campus projects
is a plus Ability to run a job independently while working closely with PM/ownership Why this role:
