Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Houston, TX. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling and renting properties. Daily responsibilities include conducting property showings, managing client communications, organizing and hosting open houses, preparing documents such as purchase agreements and contracts, and staying informed on local market trends to provide accurate advice. The Real Estate Agent will maintain excellent customer service, foster long‑term client relationships, and collaborate with the in‑house team to deliver high‑quality results.
Qualifications
Possess a valid Real Estate License, compliant with Texas state regulations.
Proficient understanding of Real Estate and Real Property fundamentals.
Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service.
Effective communication, organization and time‑management abilities.
Proactive, driven and skilled in building client trust and relationships.
Proficiency in using real‑estate tools, platforms and CRM software is a plus.
Knowledge of the Houston and surrounding markets is preferred.
