Location : Purdue Research Foundation, West Lafayette (on‑site)

Compensation : $15.00 per hour;

Schedule : 10–15 hours per week

Responsibilities

Gather data and prepare business intelligence research on companies located in the Purdue Research Park and Discovery Park District.

Deliver administrative and clerical support, including data entry, document scanning, calendar management, and general office organization.

Utilize Salesforce to generate QR codes, update partner accounts, and maintain accurate contact and engagement records.

Assist with logistics and coordination for networking events, supporting setup, execution, and follow‑up activities.

Design, update, and distribute promotional materials, including event flyers and marketing collateral, to support outreach and engagement efforts.

Maintain and update the Alliance event calendar on a weekly basis, ensuring partners are informed of upcoming opportunities and engagements.

Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and planning skills.

Independent thinking and problem solving.

Experience with database usage, Excel, and data visualization capabilities desired.

Must be dependable and able to use discretion and sound judgment in disseminating highly sensitive information pertaining to Purdue Research Foundation and Purdue University stakeholders.

Required Education and Experience

HS Diploma/GED equivalent required.
