RESPONSIBILITIES: Interviewing applicants for real estate and consumer loans. Process applications, gather additional background information and analyze loan applicants’ credit history. Approve/deny loan applications based on analysis of each applicant’s credit worthiness. Prepare mortgage loan documents and packet for closing. Maintain accurate records of insurance, taxes, and HMDA reporting on real‐estate loans. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree and/or 2-3 years of previous lending, sales and real estate mortgage experience, knowledge of TRID compliance and consumer lending & mortgage/real estate markets.
