Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Wellness Director for a full-time, on-site role located in Wildwood, MO. The Wellness Director will oversee and implement health and wellness programs to ensure the well-being of our residents, maintain compliance with regulations, and establish a caring and supportive environment. Responsibilities include developing wellness initiatives, creating and managing budgets for wellness programs, training staff on health and wellness practices, and serving as a primary point of communication for residents and their families.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Communication, including the ability to effectively engage with residents, families, and staff
Expertise in Health & Wellness practices and program implementation
Proficiency in Budgeting and managing program-related financial resources
Experience in Training staff in wellness-related practices and protocols
Genuine passion for promoting Wellness and enhancing the quality of life for senior residents
Understanding of senior care regulations and compliance requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as healthcare, social work, or gerontology is preferred
Leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide a team in a senior living environment
