The Role and Responsibility Ironwall is hiring our first Channel Account Manager to drive partner acquisition and scale through distributors and resellers.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Define and execute a channel recruitment strategy
Identify, onboard, and enable distributors and VARs
Grow and manage a portfolio of high-performing reseller partners
Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue
Collaborate closely with direct sales and marketing
Build relationships with partners through training, events, and sales support programs
Own the full channel sales cycle, from onboarding new resellers, to growing within their ecosystem and building the internal credibility
Own partner generated and partner influenced pipeline
Qualifications
5+ years of channel management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS and cybersecurity
Strong understanding of the reseller lifecycle and partner relationship building
Established network of channel partners, distributors and resellers especially in the government space
Proven track record of success
Ability to work with cross teams in technology, marketing, and direct sales
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Start-up mindset and getting satisfaction from building an infrastructure for success at an industry-leading organization
Willingness to travel
Value Adds include:
Experience with government contract platforms, including GSA, NAPSO, etc.
