What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Support the onboarding process for new accounts, including digital platform setup and workflow education

Serve as the primary resource for client inquiries, issue resolution, and ongoing support

Partner with Digital Sales Consultants to maintain and grow accounts through regular communication

Monitor client engagement and proactively address adoption gaps

Maintain accurate client records and submit daily reports on activities and feedback

What is Required (Qualifications):

Strong customer relationship management and communication skills

Knowledge of digital platforms, EMR workflows, and laboratory processes

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast‑paced environment

Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and communication tools

Exceptional reporting skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in digital customer success or account management

Familiarity with laboratory processes and EMR systems

Previous experience in a sales support role within the healthcare sector

Strong analytical skills to identify trends and improve client engagement
