We have a fantastic Leasing Consultant opportunity available! $1,000 Sign On Bonus*

Location:
The Union – Nashville, TN
Pay:
Hourly starting at $21/hour, equivalent to $43,680 salary, with increases based on experience and quarterly bonuses.

Schedule:
Alternate schedule – work Saturdays and one weekday off. Weekday hours 9 am–6 pm; Saturday 9 am–5 pm. Bonus:
additional $100 per pay period
for flexible schedule.
What You’ll Do As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the first impression and voice of our community, guiding prospective residents through the leasing journey while building relationships with current residents and the team. You’ll juggle customer service, sales, and administrative tasks, and you’ll receive comprehensive training and support.
What You’ll Do (Detailed)
Meet and greet prospective residents, walk them through property tours and lease presentations.
Handle on‑site administrative tasks such as applications, payments, and resident record keeping.
Address resident concerns, provide excellent customer service, and maintain property appearance.
Support resident events, handle out‑of‑hours needs during emergencies, and collaborate with the team.
Maintain high energy and a positive, customer‑first mindset throughout the shift.
