What we're looking for A designer with a distinct, luxury aesthetic who leans into real, authentic visual design and understands how to create high end packaging and skincare experiences grounded in materials, textures, and brand identity. Your portfolio should show true brand work, and should demonstrate a sense of edge, taste, and expertise in your field.
Requirements
Reporting in to Director, Global Creative
Responsible for concepting, designing, and developing packaging and component solutions for skincare and beauty, taking them from sketches and materials through production-ready artwork
Leading Creative collaboration with Marketing, Product Development, and cross-functional teams to ensure designs are executable and aligned with brand needs
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Create production ready artwork for primary and secondary packaging with regard to established brand packaging charter
Manage all creative packaging assets and communication, organize and maintain libraries of assets and design files, including establishing appropriate naming convention for files for storage and archiving including fonts, icons, images, templates, tutorials, etc
Stay up to date on luxury beauty industry trends by conducting research and competitive analysis, and contribute to the development of fresh content ideas and strategic initiatives that support innovation and creative excellence
Work closely with vendors and production partners to refine designs and ensure luxury quality and feasibility
Qualification Standards Education/Experience/ Licenses Or Certificates
Degree in Graphic Design and/or equivalent experience will be considered
Beauty and/or luxury industry experience preferred
Experience with market research and product placement advertising
Proven experience working as a packaging designer
Experience in web development, digital marketing, and project management tools
Ability to work within an established brand guideline
Software
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - particularly Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator + Figma
Ai experience and working knowledge
Expert Mac/System software, basic Mac/PC compatibility troubleshooting
Knowledge of Powerpoint, and Microsoft Teams a plus
Benefits The anticipated salary range for this role is $95,000 - $115,000 annually. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience, and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
This is a hybrid role requiring flexibility to work in-office and remotely. Evening or weekend work may occasionally be required during major projects.
