About the Role We are seeking a Design Sales Consultant to expand market presence and deepen relationships within the architecture and design (A&D) community. This role blends consultative sales, technical fluency, and relationship management to grow new and existing accounts while positioning the company as a preferred partner for luxury design and building projects.
This is a highly relationship‑driven role that requires strong in‑person engagement, consistent pipeline management, and the ability to collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets across outreach, proposals, orders, and invoicing
Develop new business through structured outreach, networking, and industry events
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with architects, designers, builders, and contractors
Act as a consultative advisor by developing deep product and application knowledge
Manage quotes and orders with precision, ensuring timely follow‑up and clear communication
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide visibility into pipeline activity
Collaborate cross‑functionally to support clients, resolve issues, and ensure seamless project execution
Represent the brand with professionalism, consistency, and a high standard of service
What We’re Looking For
Proven success in client management, design, sales, business development, or client‑facing roles
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with decision makers
Design & Technical Acumen
Comfort advising clients on material selection and project alignment
Experience in natural stone or luxury building materials is a plus, but not required

Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and entrepreneurial in mindset

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Design, Architecture, or related field preferred
2+ years of progressive experience in design, client management, sales, business development, etc.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn the industry
Compensation, Benefits & Work Schedule
Competitive base salary plus uncapped, performance‑based bonus
