Job Details Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year
A family owned and operated Design‑Build GC in the Milwaukee Suburbs is seeking an ambitious Superintendent to join our team.

Responsibilities
Manage a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress, and resource allocation
Create cost estimates for labor, supplies, materials, and other project costs
Collaborate with clients, Project Managers, and other construction management stakeholders to determine budget and timeline
Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers
Create schedules for workers and subcontractors
Hire additional subcontractors and assign work accordingly
Maintain a daily log for the job site’s operations, reporting to management as necessary
Make changes in operations as necessary to best meet construction deadlines
Implement management techniques that are cost‑effective and efficient
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required)
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managing commercial construction projects
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in using construction management software and tools
OSHA certification and familiarity with safety regulations and best practices
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as required
