Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX for Real Estate Agents. In this role, you will work closely with clients to guide them through the buying, selling, or renting process. Responsibilities include managing property listings, hosting client meetings, coordinating property showings, negotiating contracts, and assisting clients in meeting their real estate goals. You will act as a trusted advisor and maintain a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service in all client interactions.
Qualifications
A valid Real Estate License is required to practice real estate legally.
Strong knowledge of Real Estate practices and familiarity with Real Property transactions.
Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Customer Service, with a focus on client satisfaction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Self-motivation and the ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in real estate software tools and a clear understanding of the local Houston market are a plus.
Previous experience in real estate or related industries is highly valued.
