Hiring: Acquisition Manager | Real Estate Dallas, TX
We are seeking an experienced Acquisition Manager to identify, evaluate, and secure residential investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: • Source and evaluate on and off-market deals • Build and maintain relationships with agents, wholesalers, and property owners • Perform base level deal analysis • Negotiate and support deals through closing • Maintain a strong, consistent deal pipeline
Qualifications: • Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or investment sales • Underwriting and analytical skills • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities • Results-driven and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
Engagement Structure: • Full-time role preferred • Consulting option available
