Job Details
8+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor
Experience leading commercial construction projects (ground‑up or major renovations)
Strong knowledge of sequencing, means & methods, and subcontractor coordination
Proven safety leadership and ability to enforce site standards
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Procore or similar field management software experience preferred
