Role Description We are seeking a full‑time Sales Engineer to join our team in Brentwood, TN, in an on‑site capacity. The role involves supporting our sales efforts by articulating technical solutions to prospective clients, delivering impactful product demonstrations, and ensuring clients fully understand the value of our offerings. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and development teams to tailor solutions that meet varied client needs, prepare technical proposals, and address any technical inquiries from customers to ensure a seamless sales process.
Qualifications
Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of software products, mobile applications, and database technologies
Sales skills: Proven experience delivering compelling product demonstrations, preparing technical presentations, and engaging with clients
Communication skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams
Problem‑solving: Analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and develop effective solutions
Client focus: Commitment to understanding client needs and providing exceptional service
Experience: Previous work in financial services, technology, or SaaS solutions is a plus
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent experience
Organizational skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
