Job Description
We are seeking Traveling Superintendents to manage projects nationwide, focusing on commercial, industrial, and datacenter sectors.
Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Supervise subcontractors and construction activities on-site.
Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Schedule project timelines and coordinate with various stakeholders.
Qualifications
5-25 years of experience as a Project Superintendent, preferably as a Traveling Superintendent.
Experience with ground-up projects valued at $15 million or more.
Proficient in construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Excel.
Strong business acumen with a focus on revenue generation and maintaining repeat customers.
Experience leading projects from start to finish.
Work Environment Work will be conducted on job sites throughout the United States. The role offers great benefits for traveling personnel and the opportunity to work with an employee‑owned company with a competitive Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Richmond, VA.
Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $90,000.00 - $130,000.00/yr.
Vehicle allowance, per diem, and living expenses on traveling jobs.
Plane ticket home every 2 weeks when traveling.
