Responsibilities

Support the Sales Operations team, with administrative support as necessary Support for the large National Account projects Communicate with retailers, Benjamin Moore sales reps, and contractors Assist in the vetting process for Welcome emails Create and maintain spreadsheets to track account information using Excel and Smartsheet Update all existing process documents, forms/templates and file paths into a reference guide for sales and sales operations Analyze franchise painter and corporate account sales reporting Assist with the National Account draw down request process Support CRM data quality efforts by reviewing, consolidating, and resolving duplicate or inaccurate customer account records. Qualifications

The candidate can be a college student actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration/management Strong verbal and written communications Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience with Smartsheet (Preferred) Accuracy, attention to detail, and timely follow through Solid work ethic, well-organized, and self-motivated Ability to work with minimal supervision Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills are required to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of business. Willingness to travel locally
