Oncology Sales Representative – Solid Tumors
We are seeking an experienced
Oncology Sales Representative
to join a growing commercial team supporting an innovative portfolio of therapies for
solid tumor indications . This role is responsible for developing strong relationships with key oncology stakeholders, driving product awareness, and executing strategic territory plans across the
CT region . The specific territory will be shared during the initial screening call. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a strong oncology background who thrives in a highly collaborative, science-driven environment. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive adoption and appropriate use of oncology therapies within
solid tumor indications . Build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, nurses, office practice managers, andkey opinion leaders (KOLs). Deliver compelling, compliant product education and clinical data presentations to healthcare providers. Identify and develop new business opportunities within community oncology practices and academic centers. Collaborate cross-functionally with medical affairs, market access, and marketing teams to support account strategies and patient access. Maintain a deep understanding of clinical data, competitive landscape, and treatment paradigms in solid tumor oncology. Consistently meet or exceed territory sales goals while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience (oncology experience required) . Demonstrated success selling into oncology practices and cancer centers. Strong understanding of solid tumor treatment landscapes and oncology care pathways. Proven ability to build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders. Excellent communication, presentation, and territory management skills. Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
