Center Director
to lead our Hot Springs clinic — a clinical leader who thrives in patient care and enjoys mentoring a small, driven team.

Compensation:
$140,000 annual salary, plus $400 for 1 Saturday a month. RVU bonuses are paid quarterly, with a $7,300 annual cap, based on KPIs met

What You’ll Do:
Provide exceptional patient care using established, evidence-based protocols Lead, mentor, and support a team of 3–4 clinic staff members Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure lab compliance Partner with our Physician Medical Director to maintain the highest standard of care
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed PA, APN, APRN, or FNP (required) Active DEA registration in Arkansas with Arkansas CSR already established(required) Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience Leadership or supervisory experience preferred A genuine passion for wellness, preventative medicine, and patient transformation
Schedule:
Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM One Saturday per month: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Two Saturdays required during months with five weeks
Training:
Two consecutive weeks, Monday–Friday
