
Regional Sales Engineer

At Prinsco, Regional Engineers help win projects by building trust with engineers, agencies, and partners. In this role, you’ll use your technical background and people skills to get Prinsco products specified, approved, and used on stormwater projects.
This is a great fit for an engineer who likes being out in the field, enjoys influencing decisions early, and wants to see their work turn into real results.
What You’ll Do
Build strong relationships with consulting engineers, agencies, and customers
Get Prinsco products specified and approved on stormwater projects
Support Sales with technical expertise, project reviews, and value‑engineering ideas
Lead Lunch & Learns, presentations, and technical conversations
Spot upcoming projects early and help remove technical objections
Work closely with Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality to close the loop
What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or similar)
5+ years of engineering, stormwater, or technical sales experience preferred
PE license preferred (or in progress)
Confident communicator who can explain technical concepts clearly
Organized, self‑driven, and comfortable managing a territory
Willing to travel (up to ~50%)
