6 MONTH CONTRACT POSITION
Job Description We are seeking a Manufacturing Documentation / Engineering Change Coordinator on a contract basis to support our Manufacturing and Engineering teams. This role focuses on the documentation, tracking, and coordination of Defective Material Reports (DMRs) and Engineering Change Management (ECM) activities.
Responsibilities
Enter and track Defective Material Reports (DMRs) in internal systems.
Support Engineering Change Management (ECM) documentation and change tracking.
Maintain accurate records and support document control activities.
Route engineering changes for review and approvals across Engineering, Quality, and Production.
Follow up on open items to ensure documentation is completed and properly updated.
Ensure records are current, organized, and maintained according to process.
Essential Skills
Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
Comfort working in a manufacturing environment and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Experience with administrative coordination, documentation tracking, or workflow management.
Clear communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Schaumburg, IL.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $36.00 – $44.00/hr.
