Invoicing Specialist - Tampa, FL

Description Stones River Electric is seeking an Invoicing Specialist to support our growing operations at our Tampa, FL office, offering competitive hourly rates based on experience. This role requires a detail‑oriented individual who can manage invoicing processes, work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment, and ensure accuracy across billing and documentation. Responsibilities include preparing and submitting invoices, reviewing job documentation for accuracy, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and accurate billing. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to take ownership of their work while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

2+ years of invoicing, billing, or accounting‑related experience

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Comfortable using computer systems and software (Excel, accounting or ERP systems, etc.)

Good communication skills

Ability to work in‑office in Tampa, FL

Must pass background check
