Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent at our Chandler, AZ location. The agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while managing all aspects of real estate transactions. Responsibilities include client consultations, property showings, preparing documentation, listing management, negotiating offers, and effectively communicating market trends. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications
Current and valid Real Estate License
Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
Strong background in Sales and Customer Service
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
Proficient knowledge of real estate marketing tools and market trends
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
Proven ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
