Park Meadows Apartments is seeking a driven, organized, and resident-focused Assistant Property Manager (APM) to support daily operations and help maintain a thriving apartment community. What You’ll Do As Assistant Property Manager, you’ll work closely with the Property Manager to ensure efficient operations, strong occupancy, and excellent resident satisfaction.
Leasing & Occupancy Performance
Drive leasing activity to maintain market-level occupancy
Capture renewals at the highest possible rate
Support and mentor leasing consultants as needed
Step in to manage leasing when the Property Manager is absent
Financial & Administrative Support
Assist with rent collections and delinquency tracking
Generate renewal and operational reports
Maintain organized resident and property files in compliance with legal guidelines
Order and manage office supply inventory
Resident Relations
Build and maintain a strong resident relations program
Respond promptly to resident concerns and service requests
Promote positive customer service standards across the team
Compliance & Operations
Ensure adherence to company policies and fair housing guidelines
Assist with marketing oversight to ensure listings are accurate and effective
Assume operational responsibility in the absence of the Property Manager
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of multifamily property management experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Yardi and MS Suite experience preferred
Strong leasing, renewal, and rent collection knowledge
Familiarity with local, state, and federal housing laws
Proficiency in property management software
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
