We are looking for a VIP Relationship Manager to join our team remotely! The #1 goal of this role is to drive business growth by managing and expanding an existing network of high‑net‑worth clients. You will own the full client lifecycle end to end, from acquiring new HNWI clients and onboarding them onto Kraken's platform, to deepening engagement through upselling and cross‑selling across our full product suite.

You’ll nurture relationships with some of the largest whales in the space, ensuring they unlock the full value of what Kraken has to offer at every stage of their journey.

You’ll also play a key role in scaling and executing the best VIP program in the industry, ensuring our clients enjoy an experience that goes above and beyond expectations. You will have full ownership and influence in shaping what a white‑glove experience means for Kraken's HNWI clients. We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to be bold, can build and scale initiatives from the ground up, and is humble enough to fail fast and move on to the next challenge. The opportunity

Deliver consistent, high‑quality service to HNWI clients worldwide, building and nurturing trusted relationships through exceptional account management.

Drive KPIs across revenue, trading volume, and assets on platform through rigorous, data‑driven analysis and proactive strategy execution.

Bring Kraken’s private client and VIP offerings to market to ensure benefits remain impactful and competitive.

Serve as the trusted point of contact for Kraken’s top private clients, building deep relationships and trust.

Execute programs and initiatives that increase client activity, trading, and assets on platform.

Leverage blockchain analytics, trading data, and client insights to inform revenue‑generating efforts and strategic decision‑making.

Partner with product, marketing, and client service teams to champion new efforts that drive private client growth and loyalty.

Skills You Should HODL

5+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, or private client sales, including at least 2 years in the crypto space, with a track record of working with high‑net‑worth individuals (HNWIs).

Deep understanding of trading product solutions, including spot, margin, and futures trading, as well as OTC trading and lending.

Ability to be scrappy, bold, and unafraid to explore alternative and creative solutions to achieve results.

Highly data‑driven, with expertise in analyzing KPIs such as client portfolio revenue, trading volume, and assets on platform.

Strong personal network within the crypto industry, particularly across HNWI (a plus).

As a true degen, you bring deep knowledge of cryptocurrency ecosystems — their players, frameworks, and market dynamics beyond just blue‑chip tokens.

Fully aligned with the cypherpunk values outlined in Kraken’s Tentaclements.

Passionate about the cryptocurrency world, with a proactive attitude toward learning new industry trends.

Skilled at building meaningful partnerships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and across diverse backgrounds.

You can travel up to 30% of the time to visit clients and attend events.

Fluency in English is required, along with native‑level proficiency in Dutch.
