Bettenhausen Automotive is looking for a sales manager to grow our team! The sales manager is responsible for managing the sales activities of the dealership at the direction of the General Sales Managers and working directly with the sales team. Essential Duties: Hire, train, and motivate sales team. Monitor sales team for productivity and performance, provide feedback and training on a continuous basis. Monitor and uphold dealership standards to ensure a perfect SSI score for each sale. Ensure all sales processes and standards are maintained and followed through, throughout the department. Assist sales team in closing deals when necessary. Maintain dealership's high standards on all vehicle deliveries. Review and monitor inventory, make recommendations to General Sales Management to ensure proper inventory is maintained. Assist with trade appraisals when necessary. Qualifications: Automotive Sales Management Experience preferred 3-5 years Automotive Sales Experience with demonstrated success Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing Strong leadership skills to motivate a team of sales associates Organized with strong attention to detail Benefits: Health and Dental Vision Short Term Disability Life Insurance 401K Plan PTO College while you work?
