AI Solution Senior Product Specialist (f/m/d)
SAP is reinventing how businesses run by embedding AI into every core business process—at scale and with trust. In this role you will help bring SAP’s AI Strategy to life.
What you’ll build
You will manage and drive the definition, prioritization, development and rollout of SAP’s strategic AI Agents.
You will translate business needs into scalable AI capabilities and drive cross‑functional execution across business, process, and engineering teams.
Your work will directly impact how SAP adopts AI safely and at scale, helping to unlock measurable business value through high‑quality, responsible AI services.
You will lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of AI Agents from mission definition, design, and safety guardrails to evaluation, rollout, and continuous improvement.
You will be responsible for delivering outcome‑driven roadmaps that guide the development of next‑generation enterprise AI features, in close alignment with business, process and engineering teams.
Your leadership will enable SAP to adopt key AI capabilities faster, improve customer experience, and reduce complexity for global enterprise users.
What you bring
Proven experience in product, solution management or process management for at least 3 years, ideally in Lead to Cash / Go‑to‑Market areas.
Strong understanding of Agentic AI Delivery.
Proven strong ability to bring structure to complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and storytelling skills.
Hands‑on experience working with data science and engineering teams in agile delivery environments.
Familiarity with SAP’s AI ecosystem and SAP’s AI strategy.
Expertise in how to adapt AI/ML technologies for business outcome is a plus.
A strategic mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and a passion for AI.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
