**Job Title**Integration Consulting Senior Specialist**Role Purpose**The Integration Consulting Senior Specialist serves as a senior technical expert in product/solution integration, providing advanced consulting and support to customers throughout the integration lifecycle—from pre-sales to post-implementation. This role acts as a key liaison between Amadeus and customers, ensuring seamless system integration, high product adoption, and continuous process improvement. The specialist also mentors junior team members and contributes to cross-functional projects.**Main Responsibilities****Delivery Management & Pre-Sales Support*** Conduct product demos, analyze customer business flows, and propose tailored integration solutions.* Performance measured by successful demos and quality of proposals.**Integration Consulting & Project Support*** Advise customers on integration activities, deliver functional support, manage schedules, submit requirements, and perform final sign-off.* Performance measured by on-time delivery, quality of requirements, and customer satisfaction.**Post-Implementation Consultancy & Adoption*** Provide ongoing assistance to maximize product adoption, resolve issues, and implement optimization recommendations.* Performance measured by adoption rates, issue resolution time, and customer retention.**Reporting & Stakeholder Communication*** Provide formal status updates, KPIs, and customer feedback to management; maintain transparent communication.* Performance measured by timeliness and accuracy of reports and stakeholder satisfaction.**Process Improvement & Knowledge Sharing*** Support internal process improvements and automation, mentor junior team members, and contribute to knowledge documentation.* Performance measured by improvements implemented, automation delivered, and mentoring sessions.**Stakeholders & Interaction*** Frequent contact with internal customers, peers, delivery management, sales, and R&D.* Occasional contact with senior management and support.**Job Holder Profile*** **Education:** Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Business Administration, IT, or related field; technical certifications valued.* **Experience:** 3–5+ years in product/solution integration, technical consulting, or implementation; experience with system integration projects, API management, and enterprise software.* **Skills:** MS Office, Amadeus Selling Platform / ARD Web, JIRA/Confluence; fluent English; problem-solving, analytical thinking, technical documentation, cross-functional collaboration.**Business understanding*** Solid understanding of the travel industry ecosystem, including key players (airlines, travel agencies, corporations, hotels, railways) and their business processes* Knowledge of Amadeus products/solutions portfolio and how they fit into customer workflows and operations* Understanding of system integration concepts, APIs, data exchange formats (XML, JSON), Python and middleware technologies* Familiarity with customer implementation lifecycle phases: requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support* Basic understanding of airline reservation systems, booking flows, ticketing processes, and departure control systems* Awareness of industry standards and protocols (e.g., IATA standards, NDC, ONE Order) relevant to travel technology* Growing knowledge of regional market specifics in REGION and customer business models* Understanding of Agile/SAFe methodologies and product development lifecycle within Amadeus* Gen AI and Agentic AI is a plus
