Mercier Consultancy is looking for an Italian Speaking Roadside Assistance Representative to support a distinguished luxury car brand in Greece. In this role, you will provide exceptional assistance to Italian-speaking customers, ensuring their experience reflects the high standards of the brand.
Your ability to communicate effectively in Italian will help customers resolve their vehicle-related issues promptly and professionally, delivering outstanding customer service in challenging roadside situations.
Responsibilities
Provide efficient and professional roadside assistance to Italian-speaking customers via phone and digital channels
Assess customer needs accurately and deliver suitable solutions in a timely manner
Collaborate with service providers, including towing and repair services, to facilitate quick assistance
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM system
Ensure courteous, empathetic, and professional communication at all times
Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance service quality
Stay informed about the luxury car brand’s latest products and service updates
Qualifications
Fluency in Italian and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service mindset and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Previous experience in roadside assistance or customer support is advantageous
Effective problem-solving skills and ability to provide quick solutions
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Passion for luxury vehicles and commitment to delivering superior customer experiences
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools is a plus
