Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to design, develop, and enhance solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform. This role will focus on customizing and extending system capabilities, while also supporting testing processes and ensuring high‑quality deployments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (including entities, workflows, plugins, and integrations)

Build and maintain custom components using .NET, C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate)

Configure and extend Dynamics 365 modules to meet business requirements

Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems (APIs, data flows, etc.)

Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design and configuration details

Develop, execute, and maintain test scripts in Jira to validate system functionality

Own and update test scripts in alignment with system enhancements and releases

Troubleshoot and resolve defects, performance issues, and system bugs

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Product, QA, Business Analysts) to translate requirements into technical solutions

Provide technical guidance and support to end users and stakeholders

Qualifications

Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE or Finance & Operations) development

Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Dynamics SDK

Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)

Experience building integrations using REST APIs, Azure services, or middleware tools

Familiarity with ALM practices, including source control and CI/CD pipelines

Experience using Jira or similar tools for test and issue tracking

Understanding of software testing practices and debugging techniques

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to AI‑assisted coding tools

Familiarity with or academic exposure to Agentic AI concepts or AI‑driven workflows

Introductory experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure or equivalent)

Coursework or project experience involving data, analytics, or APIs
