Responsibilities
Engage with customers in person, over the phone, and online
Build value in both the vehicle and the dealership experience
Guide customers through the entire sales process from initial contact to delivery
Maintain follow-up with prospects to generate repeat and referral business
Work closely with management and F&I to ensure a smooth deal process
Requirements What We’reLooking For
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Competitive mindset with a desire to succeed
Ability to learn and apply a structured sales process
Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
Previoussales experience is a plus, but not required
